Practice Being Present with Dr. Onna Lo – Weekly Online Group Meditation

Are you having trouble making time to practice meditation? Are you stuck in your mind whenever you try to connect to your PRESENT YOU? Do you want to experience the power of group meditation?
Dr. Onna Lo will return to lead weekly 30 minute drop-in style lunch time practice for 2020 on Mondays 12-12:30pm.
As a group, we will practice being present, in love and kindness, and experience even deep relaxation and healing through group meditation. She will provide a few minute guidance in the beginning and the end. If you are curious. Just do it. If the only side effect is feeling more joy and relaxation, it might not be that bad after all.
